0,5 kg Salz 0,5 Kg Salt
Ask the butcher (not the bachelor) to remove the bones from the neck
Put the salt on the Backblech (Backingsheet) then place the neck on the salt and preheat the oven on a 110 degrees celcius. Once it is preheated put the bakingsheet in the Oven for 6 hours. Taaadaaa done and enjoy munching it away.
